An EICO 249 VTVM, Part 9a: The rebuild.

It’s time to start laying in parts for the EICO 249. I’m kind of following the manual, kind of not. The only place I believe it really matters is all of the switch connections - everything else is just looking at the layout and matching what’s there.
This has been going much better than expected, and I’m up to the last column of instructions (less the AC input, which I’m going to change) in the assembly manual.
